The Société de transport de Montréal entrusted SCV Enercor with full management of the acquisition and installation of motorized systems and building mechanical systems for the new Côte-Vertu garage. SCV Enercor was responsible for coordinating with third-party contractors, providing training on specific systems and equipment, start-up operations, and commissioning support. The scope of work included fire protection, plumbing, heating and cooling, ventilation, building automation control, pumping stations, smoke exhaust ventilation with silencers, industrial controls and instrumentation, elevators, lifting equipment, electrical systems, doors for electrical enclosures, and structural steel work.
