SCV Enercor holds a specialized contractor’s license in building mechanics and electrical systems, as well as a general contractor’s license for specific projects. We provide a comprehensive range of services, including design assistance, budget development, electromechanical coordination (BIM), in-shop prefabrication, supply and installation of plumbing, heating, cooling, ventilation, medical gas, and electrical systems, as well as inspection, testing, and commissioning including all required documentation and certifications.
